Warranty - Product & workmanship guaranteed free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days.  Does NOT include negligance due to improper care, transportation, handling, environment conditions (including extreme temperature & humidity/moisture conditions), accidents, normal wear & tear, misuse or acts not within our control.

The Company warrants the product hardware components against defects in material and workmanship when used in accordance with the Company’s documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from date of original purchase. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Company will either repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the product with a new or manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes company’s property. Parts provided by company in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund or partial refund is given (within warranted period), the product for which the refund is provided must be returned at customer's expense and becomes company’s property.

Customer - Warranty includes ORIGINAL PURCHASER (defined as the name or entity listed on the purchase order AND from which payment was received). NO third parties included.

Materials - We guarantee OUR materials.  We CANNOT guarantee, how your provided materials may interact with our materials, such as deterioration, chemical or physical transformation or interaction, fading, ultra-violet damage, expansion, contraction, moisture, off-gassing, fogging, insect/animal intrusion, delamination, wrinkling, folding, curling & other like issues.  We use industry standard materials designed to prolong the life of displayed art & to minimize deterioration over time.  

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Company will have no warranty obligation with respect to the following circumstances: a Product that has no defects in materials or workmanship, Products with defects that are not reproducible by The Company, Products marked as ‘sample’ or sold ‘AS IS’, Products that have been subject to: any modifications, alterations, repair, or servicing by any party other than The Company or The Company’s authorized representatives; handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the applicable Documentation; abuse, negligence, neglect, accidents, abuse or misuse; any breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network; or any Acts of God, including fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, hurricane, excessive snow, lightning, riot, insurrection, act of war or other disaster.
